What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard team packages begin at 100 decals. We also offer 200-piece and 300-piece packages for larger teams, clubs, leagues, and repeat use.
How do I start an order?
Choose the package closest to the quantity you need, submit a quote request, and send us your logo or artwork. We will confirm the details, provide a written quote, and prepare a proof before production starts.
Do I approve the artwork before production begins?
Yes. Production does not begin until you review and approve the final proof. Please check spelling, colours, logo placement, and sizing carefully before approving.
How long does production take?
Typical production is approximately 2–3 weeks after final proof approval. Larger quantities, complex artwork, supplier workload, and shipping destination can affect timing.
Is shipping included in my quote?
Shipping is confirmed in your written quote before production begins. Delivery timing depends on the destination and shipping method selected.
Can I cancel, return, or change a custom order?
Because every order is custom-made, please review your proof carefully before approving it. Once production has begun, changes, cancellations, and returns may not be available. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change before production starts.
