All Sales Are Final

All sales through http://3ddecals.ca are final.

Our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or prepared based on customer-submitted artwork, design instructions, sizing, colour selections, quantities, and approval details. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product details, pricing, quantities, timelines, and any design proof or order confirmation provided.

Custom Orders and Proof Approval

For custom decal orders, customers may receive a virtual proof before production. Once the customer approves the proof, production may begin. After proof approval, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, changed, or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for checking all spelling, colours, sizing, layout, logo details, and design elements before approving the proof.

Customer Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they own or have permission to use any logo, artwork, team name, school name, brand name, trademark, design, image, or other material submitted to http://3ddecals.ca.

We are not responsible for claims, disputes, losses, or damages arising from customer-submitted artwork or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

Production and Delivery Timelines

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Production and shipping timelines may vary due to artwork approval delays, supplier delays, courier delays, customs delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or appears materially incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, correction, credit, or other remedy. Minor colour variation, sizing tolerance, production variation, or differences between screen display and physical product are not considered defects.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights a customer may have under applicable law.
