By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, requesting a quote, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this website or place an order.

Products and Services

We provide custom 3D puff decal products and related design/order support.

Product images, samples, mockups, colours, sizing, textures, and finishes shown on the website are for general reference only. Final products may vary due to materials, production methods, screen settings, lighting, sizing, and supplier availability.

Custom Artwork and Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for any logo, name, design, trademark, artwork, image, or other material submitted to us.

By submitting artwork or design instructions, the customer represents and warrants that they own the material or have full legal permission to use it.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 3ddecals.ca from any claim, demand, loss, cost, liability, legal fee, or damages arising from customer-submitted artwork or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

Proofs and Approvals

Where a virtual proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing all details before approval, including spelling, colours, sizing, placement, design, quantity, and product details.

Once a proof is approved, the order may enter production and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed except where required by law.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing, product availability, product descriptions, shipping costs, and service offerings at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, artwork concerns, supplier issues, pricing errors, or legal/IP concerns.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee that decals will meet any specific performance, resale, branding, durability, sport-league, helmet-manufacturer, school-board, or third-party approval requirements unless expressly confirmed in writing.

The customer is responsible for confirming that products are appropriate for their intended use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3ddecals.ca is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, reputational harm, production delays, delivery delays, artwork disputes, or third-party claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

Shipping and Delays

Production and delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, weather, labour disruptions, incorrect customer information, proof approval delays, or events outside our control.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Errors and Omissions

We try to keep website information accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or adjust pricing where necessary.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
